🌱 Stem Analytical – Terms & Conditions 🌱

1. Payment Terms 💰

• All orders are Cash on Delivery (CoD) unless written approval is given for post-delivery payment.

• Orders are binding upon placement—once an order is placed, the customer is fully responsible for payment, even before delivery or pick-up occurs.

• If payment is not made at the time of delivery or pick-up, a late payment fee starts immediately:

• $0.50 per day per clone

• $1.00 per day per teen

• If payment is not received within 5 days, the customer still owes the full balance plus all accumulated fees.

• Stem Analytical reserves the right to take legal action or pursue collections for unpaid balances.

2. Order Pick-Up & Delays 🚛

• Orders must be picked up or accepted on the agreed date.

• If an order is not picked up within 5 days, it is forfeited—the customer still owes the full order price, and no refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued.

• If delivery is scheduled but the customer refuses or delays it, the full order price plus any fees is still owed.

• Holding Fee applies for delayed pick-ups or deliveries:

• $0.50 per day per clone

• $1.00 per day per teen

3. Order Changes & Cancellations 🔄

• Clones: Changes or cancellations require at least 3 weeks’ notice.

• Teens: Changes or cancellations require at least 4 weeks’ notice.

• Cancellations within the last week of the scheduled date are 100% non-refundable.

• Cancellations outside of that timeframe are subject to a 75% fee unless canceled with proper notice.

4. Minimum Order & Discounts 📦

• Minimum order: 100 plants.

• Discounts available for:

✅ Orders over 1,500 plants

✅ Regular recurring orders

✅ Advance orders

✅ Prepaid orders

5. Delivery 🚚

• Delivery is available for an extra cost, or customers may arrange their own licensed distributor.

• If no one is available for delivery, a redelivery fee (equal to the original delivery cost) applies.

6. Plant Inspection & Returns 🔍

• Customers must inspect all plants upon pick-up or delivery.

• Once accepted, all sales are final. No refunds or replacements after acceptance.

7. Compliance & Restrictions ⚖️

• 🚫 No out-of-state sales.

• ✅ Customers must be licensed by the State of California to purchase cannabis plants.
